It may be shameless to say it outright - but this really is soooo important.

You, who actually train on this site obviously appreciate it - and understand it's purpose. What we do here - we can't do anywhere else.

Obviously, we want to keep the site alive. What can you do to help?

Share your enthusiasm. Bring a friend to the gym with you. Drop an appreciative note at your favorite forum. 100 people telling 1 person means 100 new people who "get" what this site has to offer.

What's in it for you? Well, the site for one thing. We all have a stake in keeping it on line.

But beyond that - it means more friends on line to chat with, more advice on how to get the most out of the site in the form of forum posts, a better site with better tools for you to work with - and that's just the beginning.

It's an easy thing to do, just to tell a friend - but first I have to discharge my duty to tell YOU how important it is that you do so. I'm doing that now - even if I have been remiss in not having done this sooner. But it's one step at a time in getting something like this off the ground.

Let's grow the site together - and then we all can reap the benefits of our efforts.
